Terms and conditions

Draft for review — final legal text to be confirmed by the owner / a lawyer (e.g. eRecht24) before launch.

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of gift vouchers via this website.

§ 1 Provider & scope

Hans/Umhauer GbR (Zum Schlössla), Vacher Str. 15, 90766 Fürth. E-Mail: info@zumschloessla.com. The following terms apply in the version valid at the time of the order to all orders of gift vouchers placed by consumers and businesses via this website.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of vouchers on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By completing the order you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or issue the voucher.

§ 3 Vouchers & redemption

Gift vouchers can be redeemed for the entire on-site offer, can be used in parts (remaining balance retained) and are not paid out in cash. Vouchers are not reloadable. A combination with other promotions is only possible if expressly stated.

§ 4 Prices & payment

Prices are final prices. Note on VAT: multi-purpose vouchers are not subject to VAT at the time of sale; VAT arises upon redemption. Payment is made on account by bank transfer (reference = order number).

§ 5 Delivery

The voucher is provided electronically as a PDF (download and/or by e-mail) as soon as the order is completed; payment is made afterwards by bank transfer against invoice. No physical dispatch takes place.

§ 6 Validity

Vouchers are valid for three years from the end of the year in which they were purchased (statutory limitation period).

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the separate Right of Withdrawal page.

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
